Animal Friendly (vegan) Accommodation

The vegan nutrition is not a trend for us, but a lifestyle.

Together we want to get rid of prejudices and show you that the vegan way of life can be versatile and very exciting. Wherever we can, we try to offer vegan alternatives – out of respect for animals and to protect the environment.

If you have any suggestions or wishes, we look forward to hearing them from you.

Breakfast

An animal-friendly breakfast hardly differs from what you are used to. Some of our types of bread and rolls are prepared exclusively with vegan ingredients. Vegan margarine, various spreads and a selection of cold cuts provide variety. Have you already tested our milk alternatives such as oat and soy drink. These taste just as delicious with our organic corn flakes and muesli, which of course are also made without animal products. The selection is complemented by fresh fruit and vegetables every day.

Libertine Spa

With Gertraud Gruber cosmetics we have an exclusive partner with a lot of care and cosmetics at our side. Just like us, the traditional company attaches great importance to the purity and naturalness of its products. All of our massages and cosmetic treatments are carried out exclusively with animal-free care products without animal ingredients.

A la Carté

Whenever possible we try to replace animal products with an alternative. Most of the dishes in our menu are already prepared vegan. We use vegan cooking wine for our sauces and our vinegar has not been clarified with animal aids either.

Drinks

Our drinks menu now only contains vegan drinks (juices, wines, cocktails, etc.) that are made without animal aids. Van Nahmen´s fine, single variety juice selection is particularly recommended.

Minibar

The offered snacks and drinks in the minibar are completely vegan.

Housekeeping

Our detergents and cleaning agents, which are used to clean the rooms, as well as cleaning cloth and all other cleaning utensils, do not contain any animal ingredients. The uniforms provided by the company were made vegan.

Rezeption

Non-vegan products have also been exchanged in other areas in the hotel such as the offices and reception.This is how we work e.g. with animal friendly colors and toners.
